I cannot use outlook at all. When I click on "Email Microsoft Outlook" icon,
it says "cannot start microsoft outlook. unable to display the selected
folder or item. could not open the item.try again". When I click on microsoft
outlook icon on desktop, it gives a message..."unable to open default e-mail
folders. could not open the item. try again".
When I click on ok...it asks..would you like to open default file system
folder instead. If I say yes, it open outlook but i cannot see calender or
email or anything...if i click on no...the program ends.
Please help me sort this mess out. You can email me the answer to
