Default Duplicated items (Calender, tasks, journal, etc) in Outlook 2003

I have recently installed Office 2003 on several pc's at my current worksite,
most install went fine, although a handful ended up having duplicate items as
mentioned above, how can I get rid of the duplicates, the delete option is
not available on the dupes.
