Default Installation disk message

We have MS - Office 2000 on our pc which has Microsoft XP operating system.
Recently I purchased a Pocket PC which came with Outlook 2002. It asked me
if I wanted to install and I did.

Now, every time I open Outlook, an installation screen pops up and asks me
to put installation disk in.

How can I get rid of this?

Thanks,

KP
