I work for a company that deletes all email older than 90 days. They have
disabled the backup settings for my pst folders in outlook. I came up with a very coarse work around (rules to copy all email to a local archive folder then back that up to a location not available to big brother) but it doesn't append the file so I have to use multiple files. Is there any better way to get a backup. I would like to have one file for each year. Thank you for any help. |
