Default 2 Exchange Boxes on one Profile

I have a user that is opening her own mailbox and an additional one from her
profile. All works fine, excpet there is no way (that I could fine yet) to
allow her to choose which account to send mail from. The account chooser drop
down is not present and cannot figure out another way. I am thinking that
this can't be done (like using multiple POP accounts) if they are using
connected (cache mode) mailboxes. Am I correct in thinking that this cannot
be done?

You could you Profiles to have the other mailbox open as default and her
mailbox as an additional mailbox (Control Panel, Mail, Show Profiles, select
'Prompt for a profile to be used', Click Add and enter the info for exchange
server and additional mailbox.

You could also use the from field to send as a different user (using Outlook
as email editor open new email, go to View menu and select 'From Field' and
enter the exchange user you want to send as.) (Using Word as email editor
click on the drop box next to Options button and select 'From Field' and
enter name.

This will work if she has full permissions or has send on behalf access.

Cheers.
