Here is my problem. We have a computer that several people will be accessing
the exchange sever from I have all of the accounts set up and this is working properly. The problem is that there are a couple of people that need to keep there e-mails privet and when you start Outlook any one can see the e-mail behind the login screen. Is there any way that this can be hidden tell you login? |

Assuming that you are using Outlook 2003 on this shared workstation, do not
configure the profiles to use cached mode or legacy offline storage. At this point and assuming that each user has to supply a unique userid/password to access their exchange mailbox, it should provide the desired result.
