Default Does deleting e-mail account delete the account from my computer?

I would like to handle my e-mail in Outlook Express alone. Outlook keeps
trying to connect to my ISP even when it is not my default e-mail program.

Hi,

Deleting your account settings ni Outlook will not affect your actual email account on your ISP server, if that's what you're asking. The account settings just provide a program with all of the
necessary information to connect to their mail server.
