Default missing outlook stationary

About a week ago i formatted my computer.Shortly after ,outlook started
giving me an OLE Error and would not work properly no matter how many times i
chose detect and repair and no matter how many times i reinstalled microsoft
office and updated i could not fix it.Finally i was shown the 1 line i needed
to enter into run fix that. But now i still cannot use my outlook
stationaryor themes. i mean some of them are there but nowhere near as much
as normal.What happened and how can i fix it
