Default How do I show months as NAMES ('December') not numbers ('12')

Suddenly on the monthly calendar, the months show as '6/2006' rather than,
say, 'June, 2006'.

How do I get the display to show month names by default again?

Thank you.

Change your long date format under Control Panel-Regional options to
include the MMMM token.
