Since Plaxo was installed on my PC I can no longer download my email into
Outlook 2003. The error messages says that Outlook has found the ISP server but can not be recognized. It suugests an SSL problem. MY ISP customer service says that I have set up Outlook correctly. I have tried to delete Plaxo, I have shut down my firewalls and other security but nothing seems to work. I can get email using the WEB but cannot get it using Outlook. Any suggestions |

I tried to Unistall Plaxo using the Control Panal but it didn't delete the
program. So I tried to delete it by going to Explore and just deleting the program from there. I guess that some code is left on my PC that is still causing the problem. I did a search for the word Plaxo and deleted everything that showed up but that didn't solve the problem. Still looking for a solution "Brian Tillman" wrote: CHawk@Mcc wrote: Since Plaxo was installed on my PC I can no longer download my email into Outlook 2003. Yes, I encountered a similar problem with Plaxo. I could not read the
attachments in Outlook after I installed Plaxo. Now, I uninstalled Plaxo and reinstalled Office, the problem persists. Does anyone have a solution for that? Thanks!
