Default ?'s on moving from PST to server/ost

Using Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003.

I've long had a .pst file locally so I could have my contacts, calendar and
emails with me on my laptop. When I launch Outlook I have it prompt me for
work online or offline. I also have public folders that are available
offline.

I'm finally to the point where I'm ready to utilize outlook on the web and
also to reconcile with my blackberry. What I'm trying to determine is the
best way for me to move all of my .pst stuff up to my Exchange mailbox...it
is not there today. Also trying to figure out the best way (not easiest,
best) to do all of the configurations necessary that will allow me to synch
w/ the Blackberry (I can figure this one out), have my data available on my
laptop when I'm off network, and also be able to use all of the data in the
web outlook product.

Any tips or links on how to make this move?

Switch your delivery location to the Exchange mailbox. Open each folder in
the PST, select its contents, and copy it to the corresponding folder in the
mailbox. If the folder is not a default folder, just copy the folder
itself. All done.

Then I'll let you.

have my data available on my laptop when I'm off
network,

Use RPC over HTTP or a VPN and actually connect to the Exchange server.
Configure Outlook to use Cached Exchange mode or Offline Folders.

and also be able to use all of the data in the web outlook
product.

This will be an automatic side-effect of leaving the data in the Exchange
mailbox.
