In what version of Outlook? Outlook 2007 Beta 2 doesn't support delivery to .pst files (and it's not recommended for any version).

Outlook 12 = Outlook 2007. Please reread my response, then reconfigure Outlook to use Cached Exchange mode for current data and an archive .pst file for old data.

Delivery to Exchange and use a rule that moves all messages to a PST if you must, leaving all non-mail on the Exchange server. You don't need a PST to work offline. That's what cached Exchange mode and offline folders are for. -- Brian Tillman |
