We're running XP with Office 2003. We have 3 different email accounts, my
Gmail, my husband's Gmail, and his Fastmail. His Fastmail downloads into his Fastmail inbox folder OK (in Outlook), but for both our Gmail accounts, on the email account settings, we can only choose to download new emails into either of our accounts (ie. "Deliver new e-mail to the following location:" and that way both our incoming gets delivered to the selected folder. But we want my GMail to download into my Gmail inbox folder, and his Gmail to download into his GMail inbox folder, not together. |

You'd need to either setup mail rules with the Rules Wizard or create
separate Outlook profiles, one for him with his Gmail and Fastmail accounts and one for you with your Gmail account.
