Why do I receive repeat mails after logging on to different machin
In my office, we have about 4 four computers used by all employees as common
PCs. I have got outlook exchange and pop server configured on all of these machines. Sometimes when I log into a different machines, all the mails (I am not sure of the cut-off line), which I have downloaded once on one PC, get downloaded again on the different PC. Thus everytime I hit the send-receive button, I get multiple - 2/3 copies of about 30-80 mails. Any explanation and solution? Thanks in advance. ****al
