Default how do i syncronize my laptop and desktop outlook files?

I am having issues syncronizing my laptop to my desktop outlook file. I use
exchange 2003 on my SBS 2003. When I log on with my laptop, all my outlook
files start to disapear from my desktop outlook and find there way to my
laptop. I had the system working great at one point and had to reload my
laptop because the file became corupt. it has not worked correctly since.
Please help.

Matt
