Default Back up af e-mail i Outlook

Jeg har lige installeret microsofts "back-up-program" i outlook. Hver gang,
jeg prøver at lave en back up - kommer en meddelelse: "Det er ikke muligt at
kopiere outlook. Processen kan ikke få adgang til filen, da en anden proces
har låst en del af filen".
Jeg har både et antivirus- og et antispywareprogram på computeren.
Hvad er problemet og hvordan kan det rettes?
