My hard drive crashed and I am reinstalling Outlook 2000. I've had this copy
on several computers and it works just fine. But every time I start outlook I get the "operation failed" message in a dialogue box (I can see the inbox behind the dialogue box). When I click OK outlook closes. I have windows xp professional. Also have most of office 2003 installed, but our company doesn't support outlook so I'm installing my own personal copy of outlook 2000. I have tried to edit the mail profiles as I saw in another post, but when I doubleclick on the icon in the control panel nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated. |
