need to import contact list to new outlook office email
Help! I can not seem to transfer my contact list from my old email account
to my new Office Outlook email. At my ISP's suggestion, I was able to transfer (actually, a copy) of my contact list to my desktop. I have opened up Office Outlook mail, clicked file, import/export, etc then I come to a deadend. Everything else transferred to the new Outlook Office email account just fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Chuck

What email client were you using with your old email account? What format

Adelphia webmail. I'm not sure of the format used to copy it to my desktop.

OK, I'm not familiar with Adelphia webmail. Any chance you could contact
them to find out what the file format is? Once we know what format the contact list file is saved in, we can see if there's a way to import it.
