can not open outlook

Hi.
I try to open my outlook - but there's a message like this.

Cannot start microsoft office outlook. Unable to open the outlook window.
The set of folder could not be opened. The set of folder could not be opened.

-- what should I do?

In that window, browse to the PST you wish to open, select it, and click OK.
