Default change the default font for HTML and RTF

i am a Hebrew language version user:
upon toggling the format of any (incoming or outgoing) message between
plain, HTML and RTF, the RTF will always become arial10, and the HTML will
always be David10 font.
how can I change these default fonts to Times New Roman12 and David12, to
have them as "true defaults" , that is, whenever I switch the format to RTF,
to get TimesNewRoman12 and whenever I switch to HTML to have the default font
David12?
thank you

Outlook doesn't provide any way to change the default font that you see when you change the format of a message.
