Go to any reputable software dealer in your area and buy it. There are also
many online vendors. www.compusa.com, www.bestbuy.com, www.staples.com,
www.officemax.com, and so on. You can also find it on eBay.

Thanks Brian,

Though the words "Where" and "How" differ from each other..i do appreciate
your
help..

Still searching for a download at Microsoft. com.
Isn't this weiry that Microsoft does not have any Information about
" A stand alone Outlook 2003" ready for a Download without Purchasing
tha whole Office Pack??
I Purchased the Office 2000 already but need to upgrade only the Outlook 2000.
This must be Possible yo.!

OK, then, the "how" is "with money or a credit card."

You won't find it there. Microsoft does not make its commercial products
availabkle for download.

Sure it's possible, exactly as I told you. You must purchase it from a
retailer. Most (all?) Office products can also be purchased as stand-alone
products. Keep in mind, though, that if you upgrade Outlook without
upgrading Word, and you like to use Word as your mail editor, you will be
very disappointed because Outlook can use Word for its editor only when the
versions match.
