Default Can I use Spamkiller with Outlook, HOW?

I have McAfee spamkiller working normally ,but it is not linked with Outlook.
Spamkiller sorts the spam and live mail but when I go to Outlook the mail
has to be brought to the inbox by pressing send/receive and the killed mail,
if I havent deleted it in McAfee, shows up in Junk mail. Is there something
I did not do in configuring Outlook or Spamkiller?

Seems to me that should be covered in the documentation that came with
SpamKiller.
