Archive creates empty folders only
Thanks. As a matter of fact these emails were recently imported to an
Exchange mailbox from a pst. It seems likely that the import may have altered the modified-date. I've forwarded your answer to the technican on site and I'm quite convinced that it will prove to solve the problem. That's probably because your messages aren't old enough to meet your archive criteria. Autoarchive doesn't use the Received date.
