I have configured my OL 2003 to not save copies of sent emails. Instead I
send them to a personal folder on my hard drive. This is to remove them from company's server and give me local access to past emails. I set up a rule to copy all sent emails to my personal folder with the name Sent Items. This usually works, however most emails that I send with an attachment of most any type, turns off the rule and does not copy it to my personal folder. I have to manually turn the rule back on and of course I do not retain a copy of the sent email. Can you suggest a way to correct this? Is there a deciding factor regarding attachments that I can address? Thank you, |
