It can be done with a Group Policy Object or (presumably) the same registry setting as a user preference rather than a policy setting. See http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...402401033.aspx, the section on Disabling Shortcut Keys.

Default Disable Keyboard Shortcuts

Hello,

Thank you for the help, but I have followed all the procedures on the link
and I still cannot disable the short cuts.

I have installed the group policy templates for office 2003, I even checked
in my registry key to make sure that the shortcutkey disable string is there.
However, I can still use short cut keys in either word or outlook (where I
have set 'enable' to disable shortcut keys using the group policy management
console

I am very frustrated because I want to disable ctrl-enter for sending email.
Can anyone help?

Thanks
Ken

Can you export the HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft key and copy and paste its text here?

Ctrl+Enter has its own policy setting, as I hope you noticed. You don't use the same technique that I recommended to Michael.
