Outlook Express will not open
Hi All
Help please - I am trying to fix my mums pc problem. When she tries to open Outlook Express, she gets an error message stating that an instance already exists. I have checked task manager and there is not another programme running. Also rebooted with no effect. Any ideas? Thanks

Outlook Express will not open
