Hi,
I have configured a clients outlook: I entered the exchange server name and the name of the user. When I pressed check names those two things became underlined. That's all that needs to be done to configure outlook is it? I did it with a lot of other users and there it works fine. With this one there's a problem: It works to send mails but he can't receive mails and he doesn't see the previous mails he received. If I look at the webmail, everything is OK so it look's like it is a setting of oulook??? Anybody knows what I can do? I'm thinking of reinstalling outlook but I prefer another solution.... |
