I am upgrading to Outlook 2003 on various workstations on my network using
the automated upgrade option of Microsoft SBS 2003 server. On one laptop, Outlook upgraded, but "choked" after the reboot while migrating settings. I have removed and reinstalled until I'm blue in the face, but Outlook hangs almost imediately if I even look at it - try to open accounts or file management from Control Panel. This laptop has Office 2000 and the previous owner had a Blackberry device. How do I figure out why Outlook 2003 is freezing? |
