Hi,
I have set up Outlook (2003) to send/receive messages from my MSN account. It works fine, but I don't understand why Outlook is creating a new "MSN" folder with an Inbox, Sent Items, etc. This means that all my email is going into my "Inbox in MSN" rather than just the regular old Inbox that is under Personal Folders. It seems redundant and it has made organizing my emails difficult and confusing. Is this just how MSN works with Outlook, or do I have a software glitch? Along the same lines, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook, but when I open up the new, reinstalled Outlook it keeps bringing up my old setup instead of allowing me to start anew! Thanks for any help. Angela |
