can not use the Import file option - it is unavaliable
I have install the software. but I can not use the option.
I have tried to reinstall it, repair it - still is not avaliable. the option is colloured in gray. by the way I have check before the repair that the Import/Export component is checked up, still does not work. thanks, efi.
