I tried to set up the Newsreader by dragging "News" to the Go on the toolbar.
When I did so, I released the mouse early and lost it. How can I find it or start the newsgroups another way? |

Just put it back. If you didn't drag it to the Toolbar, it's still in the
Customize dialog unless you've misconfigured your system. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Bob" wrote in message ... I tried to set up the Newsreader by dragging "News" to the Go on the toolbar. Russ, Thanks. However, I lost it all together. Its not in the Customize
dialog any longer. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Just put it back. Then you probably don't have your installation configured correctly.
To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel | Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No button. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Bob" wrote in message ...
