I have a client whos running Outlook 2003 (SP2) on a Windows Server 2003
(SP1) stand alone server. His Outlook Junk E-mail filtering doesn't block any Spam at all. Their Exchange server is Exchange 2003 (SP2) and IMF is NOT running on that server. There are couple of XP workstations in the same network (AD) and Spam filering is working fine on those machines. I uninstalled and reinstalled the whole Office 2003 and that didn't help. Does anybody know if there is any issue of running Outlook 2003 on Windows Server 2003 which block that Spam filtering feature? Any comment would be appreciated. Ted |

Spam feature works fine and dandy here. Any chance that this user is not
running in cached mode? "Infomax" wrote in message ... I have a client whos running Outlook 2003 (SP2) on a Windows Server 2003 (SP1) stand alone server. Great, that was the case.
The ost file was corrupted. After removing that, Oulook switched to cached mode and junk email filtering started again. Thanks for your help.
