I cannot get the program to open now, although it did at first. I keep
getting this error message: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook (2003). Unable to open the Outlook window. The set folders could not be opened. I printed out the solution from Mircosoft - Article ID: 822503 - but I don't seem to be able to understand what is needed here. Do I have to uninstall Outlook 2003 and re-install? How do I prevent the same thing happening again. |
