I bought a brand new laptop (HP) recently. I use (or try) to use Outlook to
get my emails. My ISP is Comcast, Linksys wireless network, Norton AntiVirus and System Works 2006. I have POP3 and IMAP accounts. I can receive emails but cannot send anything. It says something like: error 0x800CCC7D. Or sometimes I got message titlted :"undelivrable" saying "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients", "Relay access denied". The test account settings works fine when I create the email accounts. I think I set them right. I turned off the scanning of outgoing messages on Norton AV, it didn't do anything. S.O.S. :-) |
