I installed/upgraded to Office 2003. I don't/can't see the import/export

Try resetting the Menu Bar -- View | Toolbars | Customize

Do you have the full menu showing? Also, did you install all the components

I did a complete install and I believe all the menu items are there except

Do you see a small arrow at the bottom of the File menu?
Also, you can open your archive PST using the File menu Open Outlook Data File then drag/drop the items from it to your current message store. "NEWS PROJECT" wrote in message ...
