Russ - Help!!
Russ, I still can't get rid of the 3 sets of Personal Folders plus now I have
a set of "My Folders" with all my emails. I can't close the Personal Folders because it says that the "Operation Failed. The Object Could Not Be Found." I have my calendar and my contacts. in fact I have contacts listed 4 times in the address book, three of which can't be displayed. I don't know enough about how Outlook works and how things are stored and what controls what gets displayed to follow general directions. I'm afraid I need details on how to get rid of these. I even tried to uninstall Office and reinstall it, but they're still there.
