Default Russ - Help!!

Everything is now as it should be and I've learned a lot about how to deal
with Outlook. The links you provided were very helpful and i've added the
How To-Outlook to my Bookmarks. Hopefully, I'll be able to deal with new
issues on my own in the future. Thanks to all of you who have contributed to
helping me resolve, what to you was a routine problem, but to me was a
dilemma.

Brian, thenk you. The instructions on the link you provided worked to the
extent that I was able to create a new profile and bring in the emails
from
my old .pst and get rid of my ghost personal folders, etc. However, while
I
can display my contacts by clicking on the contacts icon in the navigation
bar. I cannot display them in the address book or by clicking on the TO:
button when composing a new email. What do I need to do for that?

I hvee created a new profile, but the old old Personal Folders are
still there and worse, so are 4 sets of contacts, only one of which
works.

Then you did not create a new profile because new profiles don't contain
ANY
PSTs until YOU add them. Go back and read the articles Mr. Hostetler
cited.
