Outlook 2007 and CRM add-in
I had the CRM add-in installed with Outlook 2003. I then upgraded to Outlook
2007 Beta. The CRM add-in seems to keep crashing Outlook, despite having been de-activated. How do I remove this add-in altogether? The current Outlook 2007 implementation is crashing every 5 minutes, which is intolerable.

Outlook 2007 and CRM add-in
You should be able to remove the CRM add-in the same way you remove any other application -- through the Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel. You can also simply disable it in OUtlook 2007 through the Tools | Trust Center | Add-ins dialog. Use the Go button at the bottom.
