Default Outlook 2000 & Media Center issues

Running Media Center v. 5.1.2715.2812.
Installed Office Pro 2000. Updated to SP-3.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher work fine.
Outlook fails:
Error Signatu
AppName: outlook.exe
AppVer: 9.0.0.6604
ModName: mcmapi.dll
ModVer: 7.0.1.3
Offset: 0000.69F

Tried to REPAIR - no change.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall - no change.

Any other ideas?
