When employees at our company are using cached mode, custom message forms
(*.oft files) do not show up. Originally when they clicked on the form it showed up as an attachment in the msg. After I upgraded to SP2 for outlook, it puts the email address on the new msg and just a cursor in the email body. We also upgraded to Exchange 2003 recently but employees that are still using OUTLOOK 2000 do not have this problem. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. |
