Trying to install Outlook 2003 trial version on a windows xp computer.
A microsoft exchange server window pops up and asks for Microsoft Exchange server and Mail Box. Can anyone tell me what I enter in those boxes or why I won't automatically set up Outlook. Thanks. |

If you don't, remove the reference to the Exchange account from your mail profile. -- Brian Tillman |

Most likely the Exchange Server account was setup when Outlook was first
started. You will need to create a new profile without the Exchange Server account. How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2003 (829918) - Provides the steps about how to configure Outlook 2003 to start with a specific profile. The article also explains how to configure Outlook 2003 to prompt you for a specific e-mail profile when you start the program. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829918/en-us "Vincent" wrote: Trying to install Outlook 2003 trial version on a windows xp computer. Well, no, a new mail profile isn't required (although it may be easiest), but you are correct in your prior post when you said you have to add a different delivery location before you can remove the Exchange account. -- Brian Tillman |
