I have been using Office XP pro for several months and Outlook 2003. This
has been working very sucessfully. Today I was unable to open Outlook. Every
time I tried to open Outlook I had a dialog box saying Outlook had
encountered a problem and must be restarted. I clicked onto a Microsoft link
which then gave me an error report saying there was an incompatibility
problem with XP and Outlook 2003. I have removed Outlook 2003 in accordance
with the instructions and have installed Outlook XP. I am unable to open
default folders. I have created a new pst from the mail applet in control
panel. I now get a runtime error Program: c\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office 10\outlook.exe abnormal program termination.

I ran scanpst.exe on the original outlook.pst and there were 2 errors which
were then reported as repaired.

I can use Outlook express but cannot get outlook to work.

Any help most appreciated.
