Default receive email from domain name

I have tried to set up an Outlook email account to send and receive from my
domain name ) and am only able to send but not receive.

I have tried both POP and IMAP, checked the settings with the helpline and
still no solution.

I connect to the internet using BT, and have yet to get any help from them.

I am guessing that BT block (?) emails coming in from another domain, but I
cannot work out how to get around this.

I'd be very grateful if anyone has any ideas on how I can resolve this.

Did you double check the POP3 server name with your domain provider?

Yes, I have - I had a remote session with them where they checked all the
settings, which as far as they were concerned were correct, which is why I'm
guessing that BT are involved.

FYI, BT also require server authentication, and I have set that up correctly
as well.

When I set up the account, it worked for 4 emails then stopped receiving.
