Password Setting Not Retained
Due to other problems, I had to reinstall Windows XP Pro. Then reinstalled
Office 2003. Opened Outlook, added Norton Anti-spam and my Hotmail Account (Http), and the problems start. I know the details I entered and password are correct. Outlook continuously asks for re-entry of password and I am unable to load any of my email folders. Up until last Sunday, when I had to do the re-install I had no problems with Outlook 2003. Everything was just perfect. Have tried to resolve this issue with KB articles ID 290684 and 823578, but the problem is still happening. Is there anything else I can do to resolve this problem?
