I have a machine which I used to use at an organisation but now need to use
it at home. Outlook was previously set-up to log into the organisation's exchange server with one or two profiles I was using. Now when I try to open outlook, I get a dialog box asking for the name of my exchange server and profile name. Whatever I type, I get the same message: "Unable to open default e-mail folders. The information store could not be opened" Does anyone know how I get around this? I need to use my calendar and email, etc. I am currently using Outlook express but need to get back to Outlook and set-up my dsl connections and accounts, etc. Versions are Windows 2KPro and Outlook 2K |
