Default Outlook install problem

I have recently installed outlook 2007 beta and everytime i click on the
icon, I receive the following error window:

Cannot start MS outlook. Cannot initialize MS outlook shared utilities.
Restart your computer or reinstall MS Outlook.

I have done both several times. Any suggestions?
