The import and export command is not responding
I pul down file, import and export, and there is no respose, message, or
action of any kind.

Provide at least a modicum of information about what you are trying to accomplish. Otherwise, you are wasting our time and yours when someone has to come along and try to pry information out of you. And if you are using these commands on the pst, dont.
