Hello all,
Outlook 2003 pop-ups are great and well made. I really like the way they appear. I never miss a meeting if i`m working at my workstation when the meeting reminder appears. Unfortunately here, for some users, if they they miss the pop-up and if they don`t go to check their email they miss some meetings. Is there a way to add the pop-up in the windows taskbar ? Is there another way to make these pop-ups be more `present`? Regards, |

Brian,
If they don`t see the reminder and type in another application then the reminder can' t be seen. Regards, "Brian Tillman" a écrit dans le message de news: ... When a reminder comes due, the alert will appear on the screen and stay there. When a person returns to their computer, the reminder will be staring them in the face. Certainly they can ignore it and open another application, but that's a problem with their behavior, not with Outlook's functioning. -- Brian Tillman |

Brian,
You are absolutely right, I agree with you. All we would like to know is, is it possible to alter Outlooks 2003 behavior so the reminders can be also seen in Windows task bar ? Something in the line of TweakUI ??? Best regards, "Brian Tillman" a écrit dans le message de news: ... Brian,
I forgot to mention that with Outlook 2000 the reminders would be more resilient and pop-back in the users face. in a way it`s a nice feature that we lost with the upgrade to Outlook 2003. I guess I can't help because I can't see a problem. I never fail to notice my alerts. I've positioned the window in an area of my screen that I never cover, so I never miss it. -- Brian Tillman |
