Gee.. if i wasnt DEAF and my TDD phone was available, maybe i could CALL AND

Do you not have a person who can hear available to help you? There is no place to download hotfixes. You must contact Microsoft with the KB article number and a description of the symptoms in order get a hotfix. -- Brian Tillman
