Default I can receive web-mail, but can't send.

In one of the profiles on my machine, I can receive web-mail from hotmail or
msn.com using Outlook Connector, but I can't send. I started with a new
connection after deleting old connections. One of the other profiles on the
machine can still send and receive.

Was there a screw-up in one of Microsoft's automatic updates to Windows XP
Professional 2 that did this?

Do I need to look at the registry for the keys in the working profile?

Mike Simmons
